A belief in youth.

A commitment to possibility.

BAER stands for Believe. Achieve. Exceed. Repeat. These words express a commitment to helping young people grow into their gifts and purpose.

OUR OFFICIAL MISSION

BAER Foundation expands access to high quality opportunities that help youth discover their identity, develop their God given gifts, and fulfill their purpose through mentorship, meaningful experiences, and excellence.

THE HEART OF BAER

See the person.

Expand the possibility.

Every young person brings an identity, gifts, and a purpose worth nurturing. Access to the right experience—and to people who encourage their growth—can make room for those gifts to develop.

BAER’s charitable mission is to expand that access. Mentorship, meaningful experiences, and excellence are the foundation for the work.

Our purpose encompasses the whole young person. Education, mentorship, creative experiences, sports, and enrichment can all create room to discover gifts and grow in purpose.

FOUR WORDS. A CONTINUING COMMITMENT.

Believe. Achieve.

Exceed. Repeat.

Believe.

See the possibility within a young person and make room for it to grow.

Achieve.

Connect opportunity with effort, guidance, and meaningful experiences.

Exceed.

Encourage excellence and growth beyond what once seemed possible.

Repeat.

Keep learning, keep growing, and keep opening doors for others.

AN INDEPENDENT CHARITABLE MISSION

Know the foundation

behind the work.

BAER Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity with a mission to expand access to high quality youth development opportunities. The quality of the experience and its connection to a young person’s growth guide that purpose.

BAER and Pure Ambition are separate entities. The foundation’s charitable purpose guides its work: helping young people discover their identity, develop their gifts, and fulfill their purpose.
